CPPB Certification Preparation Program
As a new UPPCC partner, we are proud to offer a CPPB Preparation Program for the Fall 2024 exam.
This program is designed to support candidates in their exam preparation, providing them the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in their certification journey and advance their careers in public procurement.

Session Structure
Each session will focus on a specific domain:
1. Pre-Session Preparation:
- Scenario-Based Questions: Students will receive scenario-based questions one week prior to each session. These questions will be relevant to the domain being covered in the upcoming session. (Answer these questions like you were taking the actual exam. Maximum of one minute per question. Do not look up answers in books or online. Simulating the actual exam experience is your best way to determine proficiency.)
- Submission: Students are asked to complete and submit their responses the Wednesday before each session.
2. Session Agenda:
- A brief overview of the domain's key concepts and principles.
- Review of Pre-Session Questions:
- Analysis: We will review and provide an analysis of the students’ responses.
- Discussion: There will be a discussion on each question, highlighting key points, common mistakes, and best practices.
- Interactive Questions: Will be posed to the group during the session, to be completed and discussed in real-time.
Schedule: All sessions will be held from 12:00 – 2:30 CENTRAL TIME
- Aug 15: Domain 1 - Legal Framework
- Aug 21: Domain 2 - Procurement Planning and Analysis
- Aug 28: Domain 3 - Sourcing and Solicitation
- Sep 11: Domain 4 - Contract Development and Management
- Sep 18: Domain 5 - Leadership
- Sep 25: Domain 6 - Business Principles
